I didn't realize this was Ryan Days burner lol. That sucks. I wish I had advice other than taking a step back, and don't push it aside as a phase if it continues.

Seasonal depression or just regular depression? I felt that way for a long long time. I assumed it was normal. It's not. You might want to talk to your doctor if you can. Or at least read up on depression.
