Claiming someone caused these conditions because they didn’t regulate their nervous system is not just BS, it is blaming someone for a condition that was outside their control.

Keep in mind, even with meds we need to be employing nutrition, lifestyle, and other strategies.

You can use those on an off medications.

But the takeaway here is that ADHD meds can save lives and shouldn’t be stigmatized.
