Like switch the result of the A&M and Boston College games and I think ND is firmly out, because the bad losses matter as well.

I’d argue ND’s two losses came on basically last play of the game to two top 15 teams where Miami has two losses to unranked two teams giving ND has the more consistent overall resume of the two as well. I don’t think H2H is the only thing to look at when there are a lot of factors.

Sports are fun and let players have fun. The higher the competition the more you should be able to celebrate.
