Are they adjusting for the fact that a Waymo without a passenger could drive itself into a fucking wall and total itself, but that would result in zero injuries.

I waited for the next bus and an old man moved seats so we'd fit.
A high school aged kid who got off by Lane Tech/DePaul College Prep was also sitting on the fold up seats didn't move.

Regardless. Beating ND and losing any of those other games means they miss the playoff. They can lose to ND and still make it.

Idk, if my 4 game path to the playoff was #9, #14, #16, #20 in that order, and beating 14, 16, and 20 means I'm automatically in, I'd probably try to not lose sleep on 9.

Right, but the city is going to have significantly more of those "where signed otherwise" roads in neighborhoods and I'd bet fatal accidents are much less likely there.

I'd be curious to see this pivoted with the speed limit on those roads. I'd assume state roads are more likely to have a higher speed limit.
