Have been a EV user since 2020 and before I bought a heat pump my home was heated by burning 5000L/1300 gallons of dirty furnace oil a year (!) I was not even keeping the place warm (it's a big, old house). Needless to say I am very happy to have switched both!

@mattbarter.bsky.social did an ATIPP which showed that half of the money spent was on consultancy. Was this really just a way to pay the professors? A report. in @theindependent.bsky.social quoted the named authors as saying it had been messed with after it left their desks
