There was only one moment toward the end where my reaction was “Really? We’re doing this reveal again?” But it wasn’t nearly enough to tarnish the experience for me.

There were lots of jokes, but they never felt like MCU-excess-level quips. I never felt like the writers were using me with their elbows every five seconds to make sure I noticed how funny the were. Every insult or joke felt earned, and so did every gut punch.
