This is the character, eyepatch is accurate. Her right horn is broken at the tip and capped with gold. A few scars on the left side on the throat, and some chain burn marks on the right shoulder if you go down that far otherwise have them loop around the throat.

Ser Kalden is was a fey touched human knight in one of my campaigns, he wore heavy armor and was on a quest to earn the hand of his beloved fairy princess. His quest was to hunt down enough powerful beasts and their heads to prove his strength and skill. He ended up taking the heads of a direboar,
