you're so real for this, there are a couple platforming sections where you have to thread a needle of elevation between spikes that is made much more difficult by the double jump. fortunately, the needle-harpoon is required to get doublejump and it helps to even that out, imo

interesting, i thought it might work that way when i got it and saw that it didn't, so it makes sense that it started that way
