2. Diane was upset and she became more upset while speaking with you. That said, your ability to recognize this and get to a better place with her, i.e., your humility when at least IMO, you were wrong, speaks volumes about your true character. Thank you for that. I will continue to listen.

1. I appreciate that. Just my 2 cents: you are super smart and have so many great points to make, but sometimes how you debate some of the callers is too much. Sometimes listening instead of making a brilliant argument is far more effective.
