Agree aid cuts *big* mistake, but Finland was not a coloniser, only declaring independence (from Russia) in 1917. Arguably imperialism is currently on the rise again with Russia one country at the forefront. Is the Global North/South divide lens now overly simplistic given current geopolitics?
