If WNBA players were to get 50% of of revenue it is estimated that would be about $250,000,000 in 2026, so that could mean (for example): 14 players per team, team salary cap set around $16.7 mil, max salary of $2 mil, vet min of $700,000 and rookie scale starting at $500,000 for 3rd round picks.

If they’d come to the table with this as a starting offer they wouldn’t be dealing with the paradigm shift with the addition of Project B. Too little too late

It’s a start but they’re behind the 8 ball now. Project B could gut the league of top players. Maybe there are enough but I’m a bit concerned. Needless to say being able to watch year round is appealing
