So proud of our first Visibility Brigade in Louisville, Kentucky! The ratio of honks to middle fingers was great for us. We can’t wait for the next one! And we’re getting a big group together for the October 18 protest.

Detainees in 3 Florida facilities told Human Rights Watch they were shackled on buses without food, water, or functioning toilets; there was extreme overcrowding in freezing holding cells; they slept on cold concrete floors under constant fluorescent lighting; and denied basic hygiene/medical care.

Protested today in Louisville, Kentucky! My favorite high school teacher, who’s 77, made signs, travelled two hours, and marched with me! She didn’t let her difficulty walking stop her from standing up to protect our democracy! 🇺🇸💪🏼💙
