- The wasteland in the Philippines is even less technologically advanced than in the US thanks to not having much access to things like RobCo. or General Atomics tech, with the only examples of such things coming from surviving tech from the American occupation
- No presence of FEV = no mutants

- Those groups among local ones would form gangs and clans of their own overtime (names and lore WIP)
- The Philippines would be affected by nuclear bombs but not to the same extent as the US and China, explaining how much of the populace survived without technology like Vaults.

- The mechanized 'Hellcats' mentioned in the news segment during Fallout 4s prologue is referring to Power Armor (I just wanted an excuse for people in this AU to have Power Armor outside America)
- Not all American and Chinese troops were able to go back home before the bombs fell, stranding them==
