PNL1: two Cops sit in their cruiser, parked in an alleyway. Cop 1 holds his baton, Cop 2 looks through a pair of binoculars. Cop 2: WE’VE GOT A CODE 8211471825!! Cop 1: FEEDING THE NEEDY WITHOUT A PERMIT!? Cops (in Unison) LETS GET THAT GRACIOUS GRANNY! PNL2: The cops make out. SFX: MMFFMNGHHH PNL3: The cops activate their sirens and lights. SFX: WEE-WOO PNL4: the tires of the cruisers screech in place, as they rev the engine SFX: SKRRT! PNL5: The cops crash into the fire hydrant beside the empty lot where Plimp and the other needy folk are enjoying their free gruel, they all look shocked. Except plimp, who is chillin and eating gruel. SKX: KRASH! PNL6: Mrs. Meemaw calls out to the people to warn them, MEEMAW: COPS! SCATTER!
