I'm a newer player still working on collecting the starter deck cards. Could you elaborate on how this affects progression? Does this mean that our accounts will be credited with +12 cards for each default captain, that each captain will have its minimum progress set to 12, or something else?

Would it be too nerdy to have all the Dems pull a Klingon discommendation ritual when Trump takes the podium?
