Finished the Capital City Century bike ride. The last 40 miles were especially tough because of the 90+ degree temps.

In one course last semester, I began each session by doing the NYT "Connections" puzzle.

It definitely demonstrates the superiority of [collaborative intelligence](brodzinski.com/2018/10/coll...) over individual intelligence.

Our group success rate was much higher than my solo rate.

Walking on icy sidewalks? Had knee surgery and don't want to risk a spill? Get some Stabilizers (or one of their many clones). Mine use velcro straps and will fit on trainers, light hiking boots, or real work boots.

Remember to take them off before destroying your floors!
