ah i gotchu, the thing is i haven’t gone out of my way to watch a markiplier video in YEARS, and i don’t watch anything that would make a lot of sense to start auto playing his stuff. i usually fall asleep to reddit reading videos. Youtube has basically just decided i like markiplier now ig

Independently if you don't watch it anymore, Algorithms always bring back that memory. You can delete your history so it won't send you Markiplier anymore. But watch out, delete your history will kind of reset your YouTube. Any playlist you create won't be affected.

YouTube's algorithm just goes through the videos that are related to your history. Also if you watched Markiplier videos before until the end Algorithm associates that you like him independently. Also he keeps you watching old videos that you don't finish.
