The wack part is that it just looks like a face from this scale and the lines/flow only appear close up. On to the next cataract inducement

They are clunky, blocky, but solid w musculature. What is done to them seems to be done to the painting as well, as if pain & paint had merged. One feels that Botero…carefully packed their visceral, embodied essence into his paintings like sausage casings stuffed with suffering.
