Israel would not be able to afford their military expenses if it wasn’t for the U.S. Israel absolutely is a protectorate of the U.S. without us they would collapse. If that wasn’t the case why have we given Israel $2.7 billion from 99-09, $3 billion from 10-19, and $3.8 billion from 20-now?

Trump in 2020: We have to go by the laws. We can't move in the National Guard. I can call insurrection but there's no reason to ever do that, even in a Portland case. We can't call in the National Guard unless we're requested by a governor.
