I haven’t felt this good, and been happier with my appearance and the results, in ages. Consistency has been the biggest key. Just keep moving and do better each day

Been 2 full months of this, and I’ve consistently lost 1lbs a week. I’m not eating anything boring, hell, we still eat out pretty much 1-2 a week. Every meal is home made, delicious, filling and all around good for you. Idk who kept telling me this shit had to be boring.
