Do physical tiers include the digital book, too?

4/ for saying out loud that scammers are scammers, liars are liars, and they can get fuck themselves. Even for projects they have decided to shut, for IP violations, they refused to refund!!!
The only reason I'm still active in KS are honest creators, like you. 4/4

3/ customer service. As a superbacker (999 backed projects so far), I've faced my fair share of problems with scammers and people exploiting the platform. Yet, Kickstarter staff never did anything meaningful to support me, not even once, but they have revoked my "privileges" a couple of times 4/

2/ In the mean time, as a backer, I never felt anything but indifference, even hostility from the KS employees, especially their Trust & Safety team. Yes, it might be the policies of the platform, not the responsibility of any single employee, but, still, canned answers and hostility isn't good 3/

To be honest, it remains unclear to me why I should support them. They're asking for 32h, 4d work week, and a minimum salary raise, while their current contract defines full work week as 40h, i.e. they want less work, but a money raise! 1/
