Probably Animal Crossing: New Horizons, especially during Covid when everyone was playing... but now I've reset my island too many times and need the new game to come out :(

This is a hard question... mostly it applies to RPGs. I agree with WoW but other than that, maybe something like Diablo 2?

I think either Mario 64 or Ocarina of Time... still both fun to replay today, but they'd be made a lot better simply with the more modern camera controls that those games suffered from (mostly Mario). They could also flesh out the worlds/towns/minigames and just add polish.
