We have a team of 72 artists of which 23 are concept artists and we are hiring more. The art they create is original and I’m very proud of what they do. I was asked explicitly about concept art and our use of Gen AI. I answered that we use it to explore things. I didn’t say we use it to develop concept art. The artists do that. And they are indeed world class artists. We use AI tools to explore references, just like we use google and art books. At the very early ideation stages we use it as a rough outline for composition which we replace with original concept art. There is no comparison. I really hope they can remember this. My feed shows zero (0) positive feelings in relation to Vincke's mention of AI in the new game, only negative reactions with some mentions of avoiding the game altogether
Sven Vincke's comment which in summary says that when there is "vocality" or strong reaction to something in a game, Larian will assess whether this represents the community as a whole. If so they will address it which might not include changing what they're doing. They especially want to alleviate concerns when perception doesn't match their intent.

got an incredible wave of nostalgia so hard I have tears in my eyes. this is exactly what many of my grandma's recipes look like, with the same index cards and smudges from years of usage. y'all make sure to appreciate your loved ones while you can. I'd give anything to bake with her one more time
