Thanks. The most important is the yellow fever vaccine if the populations are to be exposed in risk areas. Additionally all the measures targeting avoiding mosquitoes biting are important (e.g. insecticide/repellent use).

En la actual epidemia en Sudamérica (24/25), niños y adolescentes representan hasta 1/4 de los casos y muertes. Coberturas vacunales insuficientes y brechas en diagnóstico y atención los dejan vulnerables. ¡Urge considerarlos en campañas y guías clínicas!
