It is reported that Churchill, in a discussion with Stalin, drew a crocodile and indicated its vulnerable belly, a metaphor for Italy. Fast forward 80 years and another expansionist, revanchist power is waging a brutal war in the heart of Europe. The question is what is Putin’s soft underbelly?
