You can argue about legality all day, but you're only applying international law to one side, while ignoring terrorism, indoctrination, and extremism on the other, then you're not seeking justice, you're seeking a scapegoat.

Aha, the glasses club! Although I often wear lenses during the day. Still manage to make it to the loo in the middle of the night, despite being near blind without assistance.
