about a year ago I had a falling out with a friend group because i found out they were all antis. one of them said something along the lines of "i hope you recover" to me and even through the Bad Feelings i couldn't help but laugh. that's NEVER going to happen lmaooooo

the definition i most commonly come across is that proshippers support all types of fiction and/or ships, including those with ships that would ABSOLUTELY NOT be allowed irl, such as incest or adult+child. as long as it's *fictional* it's fair game. antis, however, want these fics to be censored.

i felt the same way about elnor. then they killed him off in s2 just to revive him and maybe kill him offscreen in s3. his last known assignment was the excelsior, which was destroyed in 3x09. gah i'm so annoyed

i'm intrigued as to how they're going to do a standalone movie when every other trek film has had a series before it to get us acquainted with the characters. i'm not saying it can't be done (it ABSOLUTELY can!) but the thought of it intrigues me

when we learned that we would get a romulan main character i was so excited. ROMULAN MAIN CHARACTER AFTER 50 YEARS!!!! AND HE'S A GOOD GUY!!!! i loved that picard s1 gave us such an in depth exploration into romulan culture but then that went Absolutely Nowhere in seasons 2 and 3

I want to listen to it but it's so exhausting having to put all my brainpower into making out the words when I can't read their lips or read captions or a transcript to go along with it. If anybody has a transcript of the episodes my life is yours
