garden stir fried rice tonight :)
On a paper towel is a large handful of three varieties of beans: green beans, wax beans, and third purple variety that I can't remember the name of. On the right is a few very pretty lettuce leaves. There is also a cup of black tea in the top left corner in a Pokeball mug. Bitter dock/broad-leaf dock seeds harvested last week. It's not much but there's a fluffy 1-2 centimeter thick layer of seeds inside the plastic tub that they're being held in. Last night they got soaked in water overnight in order to reduce some of their bitterness, as recommended to me by Reddit. I did not winnow them because that's too much work when all I plan on doing with them is testing them out in some stir fry/fried rice.

I have 10 seeds total and am growing 3-4 at a time in batches, in case something goes wrong. That 4 months of cold-stratification is not a small amount of time ^^;;
