Castles & Crusades is awesome! I'm convinced that their saving throw system was inspiration for D&D 5e's.

I met @trolllordgames.bsky.social at GenCon several years back, and they're super nice. The Trolls don't fully call it old school, but I think it was a pioneer in the OSR movement.
