Often times I'd freeze and be stuck in my brain, hard to get out of that habit and go through the day with a decent mood. I envy the plants that just sit and exist, watching the world, not having to worry about everything all the time lol

During a better part of my life, I had a routine and I'd do small things for myself in my own love language. I am a acts of service kind of guy, so I'd make hot cocoa and spend extra time/energy on little things like that. Just got hard when depression hit :,)
Helped me a lot with those thoughts tho

Felt that, some days are worse than others. Was taught to love myself unconditionally despite my own decisions or flaws, hard to remember that when I'm in that head space tho. Hope you're doing ok, don't dwell on things or bash yourself, I know I get myself into that mental trap a lot haha

I really like both! The lines define the shape more but with no lines it looks softer
Feel like lighter lines may be an even ground between the two but honestly both are really good!!
