His name is Adormik, from Catalan* 'adormit' meaning "sleepy." He's a shadow dragon rogue, and so far his vibe is that he's perpetually exhausted. Very likely that he has insomnia. Those dark circles around his eyes in the 4th pic are NOT makeup.

Ebalakar, Mourn Watch Warrior. Figured out how to get the makeup to survive the bar scene! Inquisition customization was removing it, so I just added it back after customizing Inquisition history.
