But they have so many mask types you're bound to find one that works for you. Sounds like a full mask might be best since it's around your mouth and nose and not touching your nose itself. It takes time to get used to and you start using it a few hours at a time, but it's honestly life changing!

Most cpaps come with a built in humidifier so you don't really get dry either way, but not using your mouth to breathe helps alot
I struggle alot with sleep studies because I need a few nights in a new environment to sleep good. I only got them actually usable data in my final few hours.

Text can be nice, but it has to be written well. Not directly referencing anyone in particular, but I've seen some not spell/grammer checked or otherwise not well written dialogue that can take away from the art
I've also seen alot of artists post a textless alt, and that can be a nice compromise
