Dal prefers to trance in the dark & quiet. He does not have that much trouble getting to sleep, but has trouble staying asleep.
When he tries to sleep normally, he's a light sleeper & tends to wake after 4 hours out of habit, & has to try again to finish the 8 hours.

Dal has never wrapped or unwrapped a gift in his LIFE. I think he'd rather just hand a gift to someone, and would prefer the same back. Prefers the straightforward over the surprise. Anything could be in that box!
