News to nobody, but the HR class has NEVER meaningfully given a fuck about queer people or marginalized people in general. SHRM's new "BEAM Framework" is proof positive that their only interest is in maintaining their career and access to power.

Staff at CDC are being asked to scrub data on trans and non-binary folks from datasets.
Public health ethics hold us to the highest ethical, professional, and scientific standards. Deleting data about Americans is unethical.
