Can someone smarter about computers than me tell me why when I tell my PC “update and shut down” it doesn’t shut down at the end of the update and just restarts??? Why even have it as a separate option from “update and restart?”

I think that charmander is far and away the hardest Kanto starter to draw. Make him too derpy and you can’t believe that thing becomes charizard. Make him too cool and it’s no longer charmander. It’s a delicate balance.

When I was 18 I hit a deer while December 1963 was playing and I was singing it as a vocal stim while I was in shock and my ex was like “stop singing you’re gonna associate this song with hitting a deer” and now I’m almost 24 drunk at bars and when December 1963 plays I’m like “WOOOOO ITS DEER SONG”
