Spoiler alert: I don’t think there’s a single weak cast member this year. That said, I didn’t expect Nini and Vita to be the top two in the first episode based on the promo. But they were both rightfully there, and they owned the Cardi B lipsync. It was a close call, but the win was deserved. #rpdg

I really don’t get the Ginger Minj hate from parts of the fandom — and even from some queens. We know Drag Race isn’t just about runway perfection; it’s about who can stun Ru through comedy, presence, or performance. Watching some of this toxicity makes me very tempted to start calling it out.

Season 18 of RuPaul’s Drag Race opens with a strong, refreshing premiere led by a experienced and engaging cast. I’ll admit I was feeling a bit over Drag Race, but the talent is clearly back. Credit to great casting. The early “drag on a dime” challenge creates a strong start for a promising season!
