Just a lass who loves her dog and plays with dirt. Currently you can find my work at Aleph Gallery in Newport Beach, Diana Garreau and Twig of Laguna in Laguna Beach CA. DM me for further questions.
The last things that get peeled off are the 2 side separation pieces.

Applying the mono-print. Right now it has 2 layers; one has the print on it and the second is just there for support.

Ooooooooohhhhh.....the peel and reveal! So delicious and so nutritious. This is the second wobble pot I made, If I remember correctly. I just found this reel so I thought I'd post it for you, with a promise to make better and more process videos.

So happy to have sold this vase. She’s going to a loving home by the beach, where she’ll get to feel the fresh ocean breeze in her flowers.

Time for y'all to meet the brains behind the operation. Her name is Xolo and her breed is a Xoloitscuintli otherwise known as a Xolo or a Mexican Hairless (sounds like a specialized stripper). And no, I never named her. She became Xolo by default, and lack of imagination. 13, diabetic, blind-ish

Cont'd...here are a few images of the inspiration behind the last post. There are theories, but no one knows the real meaning behind Medieval imagery of a queen feeding a dead kings bits to animals. Ceramic to be completed with epoxy clay, once they figure their shit out and finally come together.

Here is a piece I have been playing hide-and-go-seek with in my studio for a long time. All but the first image is unfired. They are separate pieces, and they just need to figure out what they need from each other and then sit still. Apparently, I am allowed so few words, so this must be cont'd...
