Tell me you understand nothing about military exposures or medical science for that matter. You can never prove anything. It takes decades to even come close to correlating an exposure to a health outcome. Presumption is the one thing that can help a sick veteran bc it gets them the help they need

the respiratory symptoms instead of the garden variety type which is lymphatic, hence why it is almost always a one person event. Same reason why flu and covid are highly transmissible, bc symptoms are respiratory. Unlike plague, those are always upper respiratory infections almost by definition.

Pneumonic is the same as the other types of plague, it is just a different presentation of symptoms. Most people, even if they get plague from someone presenting with the pneumonic type, will not present the same way. It is only highly infectious bc of the way it presents, main symptoms involving
