The interview for my second job out of college scared the crap out of me. After about 10 minutes of discussing my qualifications they shifted to hard selling me on the company. Luckily they were a great outfit and I spent 10 years there before deciding I didn't like Ohio winters.

Serious question... I've seen it mentioned that some of the language changed in one of the 2 remaining counts. If that's true doesn't that de facto make it a new indictment and not just a restatement of the original?
