Beast Fables: Zilant
The chimeric forms of monitor lizards, they are feared and respected in equal measure by werefolk. Their considerable strength, ability to fly, and stamina allows Zilants to hunt larger and more agile game than regular monitors.

Beast Fables: Were-Giganotosaurus

The Giant Slayers of the Primeval Epoch were so named because they frequently hunted to biggest and toughest dire beasts and warred frequently with Were-Sauropods.

Beast Fables - The Salawa, an unassuming creature of the night, a nocturnal predator that is, however, very much blessed by The Gift. As the chimeric Sha Beast it is ferocious, as the gigantic Dire Beast Tuphon, it is feared by all.

Beast Fables: A hoop snake, a chimeric form of the rattlesnake, tumbles down a rocky slope, to the surpise of one Billy, the were-gila monster.

Less majestic than an Amphiptere, but hey, if it works it works!

Beast Fables: Titanoboa Amphiptere, the largest of all Amphipteres, and the biggest chimeric morph among snakes in general. This one is almost fully grown! A were-sea krait looks at it in awe.

Eats large fish, and ignores most marine mammals.

Introducing Amphipteres for my Beast Fables setting! One of the chimeric forms of snakes, gaining the power of flight as well as a larger size.

The King Cobra amphiptere is especially feared, especially among weresnakes due to its size and appetite.

Myles will NEVER live down the incident where he faced off against a cassowary one-on-one and WON. In Crocodile form, while the Cassowary was in wyvern form.

Still, for a nature lover like Miguel, that was one heckuva experience.

My latest entry for Beast Fables, exploring to different kinds of Ninka-nanka, a giraffid derived chimera.

The Reticulated version is the larger and more well known version, while the Royal, Okapi derived version has more cultural significance.

A patron fan art, the client wanted me to draw a Brillo Whale from @nomarsh.bsky.social 's excellent South Scrimshaw!

This here Brillo Whale is a mostly plant-blased Brillo, with red kelp-like lures and a rock-like covering on its head for ramming!

Elusive and rarely seen dragon that inhabits volcanic areas such as geothermal springs, geysers, mudpots, and fumarole fields. Their breath is a chemical mixture of corrosive acids and toxic gases that causes serious damage even with indirect contact.

Speaking of Dragons, here's some of the lore of dragons in Beast Fables!

Dragons in Urvara are actually the chimeric forms of dinosaurs and other ancient, extinct reptiles. Unlike modern chimera, they DO have magical powers beyond physical might.
