I just know Sesseur was listening to Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums by A Perfect Circle while he wrote lore for Jeff the Killer. Because one of the lyrics in it is "go back to sleep", so there's no way he didn't somehow get inspired.
