But then my mind goes: ‘they’re so nice, why don’t you interact with them more often?’ to which I don’t have a good answer and ends up nullifying that warm feeling I had moments ago.

I hate my own mind at times.

When I do something nice for people I know because of the MLP community and get a “Thanks Leafy!” or something along those lines that goes back to the nickname of one of my MLP OCs, it genuinely warms my heart. I like that people from that community still have some idea of who I am.
