5/5...are voted in, and this is a perfect way to defame a mostly progressive judge and get them out of power. Its a kill a bunch of birds with one stone approach, but as voters we need to be aware of this tactic.

He's a Trump judge that owes any power he has to Trump and the Federalist Society. They brought him an application, he signed blind, and Salinas has no power to over ride that. But her name is the one being demonized when her hands were literally tied.

The application for a warrant was signed by Thomas Albus in Missouri. He has been appointed as an interm federal judge by Trump, and then given a nomination by Trump that has not yet been confirmed. He also is a participant in the Federalist Society.
