Not enough people know that you don't hear about the holes in the ozone layer anymore because an international agreement banning production of chlorofluorocarbons was wildly successful and the ozone has recovered since.

So I'm of two minds with the Shredder in TMNT 2012
On the one hand, I do miss the Utrom, crazed, war monger Ch'rell from the '03 show
BUT I do like that this show goes back to basics with having Shredder being human and the scar has great origin to it
