I think showing up is the hardest thing. It requires psychological safety... But at the same time, somebody has to be the standard bearer.

Why the subtweet? Years ago, I was outed by someone about my little side. I cut them off. Recently, they asked for a free TV I was giving away. Twice they failed to show, then tried to guilt trip me for not giving them a third chance.
