This is Dracaena, she’s a Druidic Dryad who is the Fey Lady to the Rainbow Groove in the Feywild. She guards the endangered Rainbow Eucalyptus trees which is the lands namesake.
She changes with the seasons so here is her Autumn form & a sweater weather outfit~
