Week 1 pt. 3 starts at 442

This week ain't exactly a spectacular update, but it's better than nothing. I maintained this week at 440. Buckling down and counting all calories again

So with the edge of fate release for Destiny 2 I backslid hard as FUCK. I did recover, but the backslide hurt a lot. I'm back at step 1, but I do have two weeks of update. Last week was 447, and this week I'm at 440. So I gained 13, then lost 7. Walking resumes today

This week isn't exactly a wash, but it is something I need to be aware of. I stayed at 434 this week, but I didn't skip out on a lot of exercise as I was playing host a lot to a long distance friend was visiting. this week WILL be better

We're looking good this week with a nice update - sitting at 434 this morning!

I didn't forget! Here's week 2. I'm sitting at 437, so we're already on the loss train. Watching calories and daily 25-30 minute walks are the thing to thank here.
