Oh huh, I thought I read a blog post from many months ago saying they were at 12tb already 🤔.

I am dying to use KDE but the cursor latency on Wayland is just a total killer :(. Tried again today, latest arch/kde/Nvidia drivers (tried both noveau and proprietary). Genuinely don't understand how it doesn't bother absolutely everyone

Huh! So this means if you host your own pds, someone using the bsky app to reply to your post will directly connect them to your server? Assume bsky itself must be doing something like proxying, otherwise that seems like a far too big ip leak issue?

Ahhh of course, I totally wasn't thinking about the write aspect. Thanks! Since you probably know, how does the scaling work? Is it O(num pds * num relay)?

I thought (atproto newbie) the appview only connected to the relay, not to the PDS directly?
