If you live in UK and have a skin issue what is the one thing that helps you most?

I saw an 8 month old child with eczema today. There had been a call, and I explained the usual cause of eczema, a little due to genetics and the rest is dysbiosis (the wrong germs) of her skin and in the gut.

She will do really well on a compound cream 1 in 12 (steroid) and 1 in 12 anti-staph.
