Sadly many people join a union solely for the protection it affords. They have no intention of doing anything. Many more might disagree with strike action and simply do not vote, so the legal threshold is not reached.

You’re likely making a wee joke, and I’m often too literal, but I have relatives with dementia, so I’m chipping in to clarify for anyone reading. I read this as the Highland Games are for Elders with dementia. He was asked to make a documentary about them. I might be wrong though.

If you go up Allermuir Hill, in the Pentlands, you’ll see a small herd of Highland cattle. You can easily get close enough for photos. Access the Hill from Swanston or Hillend.

These woolly hooligans started following me and my dog. Think they thought I had food.
